Include sanitation in the phase plan
Explain the initial working entrance and any later changes to gates, parking or stored materials. Confirm who approves the unit position at each stage. A delivery that works on an open property does not automatically settle service access after construction fills the space.
Coordinate changes before the next visit
Keep the rental contact informed of revised hours, routes or project personnel. Discuss cleaning, supplies and extensions through the accepted arrangement. Confirm who will provide final pickup access after the crew demobilises, particularly when the property is handed back to another manager.
Make the handback plan include collection
The project may finish before the person who ordered the rental returns to the site. Record who requests removal, who can admit the collection vehicle and whether the entrance will change after handover. Do not leave the equipment behind a newly locked gate or assume an unused unit ends the booking.
Before the project contact leaves
- Confirm the agreed collection process
- Identify the remaining access contact
- Keep materials and vehicles out of the removal route
