Describe the crew at each stage
Explain which trades work together, their hours and how the crew may change as the Winter Haven project develops. Include bathrooms that remain genuinely usable. Review the proposed toilet and washing arrangement with the responsible site representative rather than treating the opening-day headcount as the full project need.
Keep facilities connected to the work area
Identify where crews will spend their time and how they can reach the units without obstructing active operations. Discuss the position and service route before materials arrive. Request an agreed adjustment if the working area moves instead of relocating rental equipment independently.
Add a restroom review to the next phase change
More trades, a new fence or an occupied building can change the original arrangement. Tell the rental contact what will differ before the next phase begins. Discuss any extra equipment, washing or service rather than moving a cabin to a convenient-looking spot without agreement.
At the phase review, confirm
- Who needs facilities and when shifts overlap
- Which indoor bathrooms still remain available
- Whether the service vehicle can use the original approach
