Describe the temporary need precisely
A short project, a bathroom interruption and a one-off gathering can involve different use patterns. Explain the people affected, usable indoor facilities and how long the gap lasts. Compare the equipment and washing needed rather than assuming a short duration always means the simplest category.
Agree the two visits as part of the booking
Share when the facilities must be ready and when people will stop using them, along with property access hours. Confirm delivery, collection, supplies and any service in the proposal. Keep a contact available if the repair or occasion finishes earlier or later than expected.
Agree both visits around the property’s available hours
A brief bathroom repair or one-day gathering can still limit when delivery and collection are possible. State the earliest usable arrival, the last required use and any clearing deadline. Get the proposed timetable confirmed rather than treating the date entered in the form as a booked visit.
Include in a short-use enquiry
- Why existing facilities cannot cover the need
- The available receiving and collection contacts
- Any restriction on vehicle access during those windows
