Look at the named park’s amenities
Dundee lists restroom facilities at Lake Marie Park and Lake Menzie Park, while describing different amenities at its other locations. Confirm the actual area and bathroom access for your activity before requesting extra toilets. A park listing also does not establish that any open surface is approved for equipment placement.
Separate user access from the delivery approach
A path convenient for guests is not necessarily the route a service vehicle can use. Explain both when discussing the site, including gates, parking and ground conditions. Consider accessible needs early and add washing deliberately rather than assuming it is included inside a basic cabin.
Keep the dates tied to actual use
For an event, include preparation and clearing away. For a project, describe when existing bathrooms are unavailable and when they return. Review the proposed cleaning arrangement and choose a contact who can keep the entrance open for servicing and final collection.
