Identify the facilities the gathering still needs
Check which indoor bathrooms are available to guests and staff during the actual occasion. Describe attendance patterns, separated activity areas and the setup period. Compare cabins, upgraded options and trailers according to that gap, with washing and accessible facilities considered from the beginning.
Fit the equipment into the organiser’s footprint
Review guest movement and the vehicle approach on the same layout as other event equipment. Confirm the property’s permissions and any applicable event process separately. Agree the rental period and collection so facilities remain available while the final staff are still clearing the site.
Explain the gap at the time guests need facilities
A venue may have bathrooms that close early or are reserved for another part of the property. Ask which facilities your group can actually use during setup, the occasion and cleanup. Describe that shortfall to the rental contact before selecting extra toilets or a trailer.
Prepare a practical guest brief
- Peak guests and supporting staff together
- Existing bathrooms open to those groups
- Washing and accessible-facility requirements
