Show how attendance changes through the programme
Explain the peak group, duration and separate activity areas, including people working behind the scenes. Review toilets, washing and accessible facilities together with the organiser. A total attendance estimate alone does not show where or when the strongest demand will occur.
Plan support between operating periods
Discuss cleaning, supplies and how rental vehicles reach the facilities after barriers or stalls are installed. Identify who controls entry while the site is closed. Keep a process for reviewing the arrangement if the programme grows or the expected pattern of use changes.
Explain how visitors move between activities
A programme spread over several areas needs a placement discussion as well as a quantity discussion. Describe where crowds gather, shared break periods and any site closures between sessions. Ask what support can be arranged without treating a proposed service time as confirmed.
Discuss each operating period
- Visitors, vendors and staff using each area
- Access for service when stalls and barriers are in place
- Supply checks before the programme reopens
